Do I need a GP referral to book a consultation?
No. Our private services (Weight Loss Clinic, Travel Clinic) are self-referral — simply book online. For NHS services, you may be referred by your GP, or we can refer you onward if appropriate.
How long does a Weight Loss consultation take?
Initial consultations are 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes. We also offer a free 10-minute phone triage if you're unsure which programme suits you.
What is the NHS Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag?
The RADF is a digital record of the reasonable adjustments a person with a disability needs to access and receive healthcare. From 2026, all NHS and registered healthcare providers must act on these flags. We record and honour your flag across every interaction.
Is the pharmacy GPhC registered?
Yes. Mossgate Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) under Superintendent Pharmacist Jane Doe (Reg. 20XXXXX). You can verify this on the GPhC Live Register.
Can I get a travel vaccine on the day?
Same-day travel vaccinations may be available subject to stock and pharmacist availability. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before travel, as some vaccines require multiple doses over several weeks.
